Hi, i am a new end user, had retrofit battery system fitted last week which comprises of AC1 3.7 INVERTER, 4800KW ECS MASTER BATTERY and a 4800 ECS SLAVE BATTERY, when force charging from the grid during the night i can only get a maximum charge of below 4kw as recorded on fox cloud app, should this be nearer the 9.6 kw.?Welcome to the forum,
