I'm unable to commission my system and get it running. I have a H1-5.7-US inverter and a G2 hub. I installed the system myself, and I'm the enduser as well. Everything is installed, connected, and turned on. I've been trying to get the system running for over a month. I've tried different things, read the manual, watch videos, and everything I tried doesn't work. My problem is purely a software issue. The manual states that the installer is required to bind the inverter to the client. How do I bind the inverter, and how do I get my system up and running?
What does your app home screen look like in the fox 2 app? can you upload a screenshot?

Thank you for the response to my inquiry. On the App Home Screen, I open 'settings', then I open 'WiFi Configuration', then in the 'WILAN SN:' field I enter the number on the wifi dongle and nothing happens. I have the dongle inserted in the G2 Hub and not the inverter. I haven't done anything to the inverter. Do I set up monitoring as an installer or enduser?
