I find the online dashboard at. https://www.foxesscloud.com/bus/device/inverter fairly decent for my usual needs to spot-check performance. it would however be nice to have access to more information to look at overall trending.

Is there a way to retrieve the raw data that makes up the dashboards for me to play around with by importing it into Excel?

If you use the V2 app you can download the majority of the data in Data Report

Hi Dave.
I'm using the Android app Foxcloud2.0, V2.1.28 and finally found my way to Data Report and set up what I think is a useful report and hit Confirm.
There's a short pause as though the app is working but I can't for the life of me find where the report is being saved to on my Samsung Tab S9+ tablet. Or does it go somewhere else entirely?
Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated along my steep learning curve.
We've had panels for nearly 20 years, but getting a battery installation has opened up a whole new raft of things to get obsessed with!
Many thanks,
John

I’m not on Android but what I get on my iOS is a message to ask whether you want to download (see image) - make sure you have entered your inverter serial number at the top - which you can copy and paste from the ‘Device/Inverter’ page.

If they have been downloaded - this link might help you locate the file which will be named starting with your inverter serialk number https://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/h ... e-android/

Thank you, Dave. I have now worked how to get the reports and have had a look at what's there.
I'm not sure quite how the various series are defined at this stage. I will look some more and might get back on here for enlightenment.
Thanks again,
John.
