Battery not showing up on fox ess 2.0 app

Hi,

Just had my electrician finish installation for fox invertor and battery.

Battery isn't showing on the app, do I need to add it somehow?

Your battery should show up if it is connected and working, if it doesn't show on the app then it isn't communicating properly with your inverter.

Leave it an hour or two as i've heard a few reports of Fox cloud problems this morning, if it's still not showing later - call your installer back.
