Min SOC (On Grid) jammed at 100% automatically with Mode Scheduler

Hello,
Not sure if anybody else is having this issue. I have a Fox ESS 3 Phase inverter and battery setup. All firmware is up to date for both Inverter and Battery.
Basically, if I disable mode schedular (agile integration), the system works perfectly (Battery fills with Solar and then battery discharges when there is no solar).

However, when I enable the agile integration, the Min SOC (On Grid) jumps to 100% and although the battery successfully charges when the agile price drops down, the battery literally remains at 100% continuously and when there is not enough solar, the system pulls from the grid instead of the battery. Effectively rendering the battery useless.

When I try to manually change the Min SOC (On Grid) from 100% to say 20%, I get a notice saying that The operation will disable ModeScheduler function. This is frustrating since it actually disables the agile function. How can I have agile integration but also pull from the battery when there is no solar? Otherwise what is the point of having a battery if it's never going to actually discharge.

What am I doing wrong here? Is this a system glitch?

I'm afraid i'm not an agile user but I hear this a lot, some people have said deleting and re-entering all the details worked?.

But as the scheduler maintains the last enacted minsoc setting (obviously set to 100% by the agile charge period), i'm wondering if you were to add your own schedule that started at 00:00-23:59 and set a work mode of 'self use' and minsoc to 10% whether that would fix the problem.
