Inverter KH10
Inverter Master 1.29 Slave 1.01

I am new at this and very perplexed over all the jargon.
I have watched the YouTube, used the Ipple APP (both FoxCloud and FoxCloud 2.0) and used the Internet https://www.foxesscloud.com/
I am with Eon-next and have the Next Drive Fixed V3
All I want to do is
1) to set my battery to Force Charge between 00:00 and 07:00 at maximum rate
2) rest of the day in SelfUse mode with the SCO to 12% then on Grid (no charging)

I was told to use
MIN SOC: 10%
MIN SOC ON GRID: 25%

However, during the day , once the SOC reached 25% , it went on Grid and stopped discharging.
When I changed the MIN SOC ON GRID to 12% it resumed discharge.

This can be done using the standard charge periods on the app.

Set the times on Charge period 1 to 00:00 and 06:59 (this is actually 00:00:59 and 06:59:59 in reality). As you've discovered, you need both min SOC and min SOC (on grid) to 12%. Min SOC (on grid) is for when you want to keep a reserve in case of power cuts when using EPS. If this is higher than min SOC, the battery will discharge to this point when grid power is present and no further.

Thanks, I'll try setting both to 12 and the time to 00:00 - 6:59 tonight and see what happens. I don't have the ability for use in case of a power cut (I found that out last week, no grid power = no power)

Thanks,
that worked a treat. Fully charged over night, today poor PV, so disharging to cover load.
Ohme EV using restricted dytnamic overnight charging worked a treat as well.
