Hi,
I have a Fox H3AC3 and parallely some smaller inverters. According to the manual, I can link a second smart meter to the H3AC3, which I did. I am not sure, if that does anything, though. When I have production from the smaller inverters, the consumption shown on the H3AC3 gets negative. Apparently, it doesn't take the power from the second smart meter into account. How can I change that? Are there settings to be made in the Fox inverter?

If you have fitted a second meter you do have to enable it in Settings, Feature, Meter2/CT2 and you set it to the CT or meter type - have you done that ?

From experience I know the Fox app does get confused when showing loads if you have a second meter, for H3 the daily loads statistics will be correct (the H1 sadly is not).

If you download the Energy Stats app there are a couple of option switches you can use that ignore the load power reading and instead it calculates it from the other sources which should help.

I checked, but when I go to settings -> features I have only meter, I don't have an option "Meter 2", which I could change.

Yes seems strange, it doesn’t appear on the menu structure drawing but it definitely does support it - it may only be accessible to an installer - do you still have contact with yours ?, alternatively contact your local Fox support and ask them if they can enable the second meter for you.
