Batteries providing barely any output and bizarre issues with Fox support

Hi - I have an ongoing issue (4 months) where my batteries are providing barely any output and would be interested in knowing if anyone else is experiencing anything similar - as well as a bizarre reaction from Fox where they are ignoring me and literally putting the phone down.

The system was installed in August 23 and performed well - providing almost all my daily usage (about 10kw) until about the end of January. Around this time, it simply stopped providing any usable output. The two attachments show a typical day last year (1st November) versus a typical day now (15th May).

I've emailed fox several times and they were initially being quite helpful. I've called and spoken to them, and they claim that the temperature is too low (under 15 degrees) for ideal use as my system is installed in an unheated garage. I can understand this (and I can look at insulating the unit) however the average temperature in Sept to December last year was well under this and it performed well.
Something has changed, and I can only assume that the cold weather earlier this year has affected the batteries. Fox have stopped replying to my emails - and it's not as though I'm sending loads of them - they are simply ignoring them. I called them last in April and they acknowledged the emails and said they have been passed onto the technical department - yet still no reply.

I called them again today (16th May) and after a brief introduction from me, they just put the phone down. I've been patient, I've not been rude or demanding and they just put the phone down. Now they refuse to answer the phone to me, leaving me on hold listening to music.

I'm interested in knowing if anyone else has experienced similar battery issues, or similar behaviour from Fox?

Thank you

I would guess the CT isn't enabled on the inverter or the ct placement is wrong.

I’ve been having a similar issue. Battery reports having 90+ percent SOC, but it draws from the grid after the sun goes down. Seems like a major software bug. Sometimes if I toggle between backup and self-use it fixes itself for a day or two.

Doesn’t help that after months, my charts still don’t record or show SOC data.

No response from FoxEss support.

Here’s my settings. Note: the inverter still does not record the SOC in the charts too. Same old data feed issue?

Thanks for taking the time to suggest that. Nothing has changed with the installation - the CT seems fine - is set correctly and when the "check CT" function is used, it reports as being connected. Appreciate the suggestion though, thank you.

Can you remind me which inverter model this is and what your firmware versions are - i’ll look up the latest firmware versions - the newer inverters H3 Pro, KH and H (G2) have had quite a few updates over the last month
