Soc changing from 20% to 10%

Wonder if any other system owners have came across this issue.
I experience this once again of where my default Soc setting of 20%, but somehow changed to 10%
Occurred first time 10 Nov 2022 15.55. didnt notice this until the following day though.

This has happened again on Fri 9th Dec 00.13 it changed from the 20% to 10%. I noticed this at 0900 when inverter showing 13%, logged into app, and sure enough setting is down at 10%.
Has anyone came across this issue within the system software?, If it is system software, (which would be a strange and a bit concerning) what else could be reconfigured this way??. Or is there some unauthorised access being gained.

I have noticed that changing the SoC of the batteries in app, as opposed to web app, differes in terms of the change being permanent.
Try changing it on the web app, saving, logging out and then back in again, to check that the settings have been saved.
I have had situations where I thought I had changed SoC, but the adjustment was lost after exiting the app.
The permanence of battery settings seems a bit buggy.
