New battery fitted but now I have no PV power input?

This morning I had a third battery fitted to my system. I have 4.4kWH PV array connected though a Fox hybrid inverter. The new battery is showing on the app but the app is showing 0kW form my PV array.

Initially the error log showed error 26 and 27 on the inverter, I shut every thing off for 15 minutes and it seems OK now but the app still shows 0kW for the PV, I have some cloud cover but would expect some PV input.

Any ideas?

The engineer had failed to turn the switch on the left under side that controls the PV input to the inverter

At least it was simple
