Agent account on my site

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if it's possible to have multiple "agent" accounts assisgned to a single site? I'd like to be able to personally manage some areas (e.g. firmware updates) which are not accessable on an end user account. I did email my installer but they have advised they I'll lose access to remotely manage my setup after asking for a "bind with installer/agent" code

Sadly a site can only be bound to one agent account. I would allow your installer to manage firmware if you don't want to own all support of your system yourself.
