i need to know how can i update the firmware ( now i see 1.09)

who have installed the inverter dont know nothing about firmwares

Most straightfoward way is to ask Fox to do it for you. Is there a Fox Italy you can contact?

Thank you! When asking Fox to upgrade it for you, is it necessary to give out our password?

I have not had to do the upgrades by asking Fox, but others on the site have done so, from what I can tell they only need the serial number of the inverter.

Ihave put in a request for a firmware update, but do t know when it will take place. Is there anyway I can get the files to do this?

So I can choose best time to upgrade?

Ciao, anche io sono Italiano, basta contattare il supporto fox +3904 9636 7610, dare il numero seriale e lo fanno loro in remoto l'upgrade.
Ovviamente l'inverted deve essere coperto da una rete wifi e online
