Looking for suggestions - I have Fox Cube Batteries that live outside my house. Given the current freezing weather they aren't doing anything other than very slowly discharging themselves
Has anyone got any suggestions to warm them up? I thought about using a barrel warmer but they are ~£500 and I was hoping for a slightly cheaper option to keep my batteries working

I’m going to be building a small cover from insulation boards to go over mine, although they are in my loft so not open to the elements as such, you could do the same but cover with a tarp or similar to weather proof the insulation, won’t look the best but I’m guessing your not out in the garden much at the minute anyway

I build a box out of 9mm OSB and lined it with EPS sheet, to keep my batteries warm (HV2600s that live in an unheated garage). The waste heat from charging keeps them at around 20C.
I'll need to remove the box when the weather warms up but I built it with that in mind so it's just a few bolts to undo.
