Hello I have a new install (Dec 23). On a couple of occasions now I have seen a draw from the grid despite plenty of charge in the battery and the overall draw not exceeding the inverter limit. Currently the battery is showing 50% charge (min SOC was set at 20% by the installer) and the domestic load is 396 w with 399w coming from the grid. Also the grid is putting 25w into the battery as well! I have no force charge settings but like everyone else at the moment can't access those settings.
Similarly last night with a 28% battery and a draw of 1.4kW from the house it took 500w from the grid. What's going on?
Batteries are in a garage and it's not cold. Bat temp is 21 according to the cloud but also showing an ambient temp of 29 which must be wrong?
