Fault code causes and solution

Can anyone confirm why this fault is occurring frequently on foxes 100 KW inverter. It has total 10 strings of panels and non of the string voltages has increase operating voltage of the inverter. Any possible causes why this fault is occurring and how to resolve this?[img][img]

1285 - > go to the configuration menu, in the R&D tab and select disable in MeterCommunicationCheck or check the CT's communication.
1124 - > check o isolamento das strings, realize a medição entre polos, e polos para o terra, e meça a resistencia polos terra. R> Voc/30mA
