Hi,

What round trip efficiency should I be expecting on the AC1 inverter?

From memory, when first installed, the inverter was consuming around 80-100W, so when low solar input or home power draw this had a massive impact on the overall system efficiency. A firmware update seemed to drop that to around 20W, which was much better (sorry, don't remember firmware versions at the time).

However, it now seems to be back to the 80-100W level (photos attached) on the current firmware (Master : 1.63, Slave : 1.02, Manager : 1.70).

I've just requested a firmware update from foxess, so will post if that improves things.

Thanks,
Graham

Those are the latest versions, a few people have noticed the inverter is drawing more power on the latest versions - it isn't actually drawing anymore power (i've measured it) just reporting a slightly higher figure as they have changed the load calculation to handle force discharge.
