Help with connecting Inverter to Home network.
Hello I have a H1-6.0-E Inverter and cannot see how I get it connected to my home network. Looking online it looks like I should be able to plug it in with an ethernet cable, the only port I can see to plug into is the COM port? is this correct?

I've attached an image of the bottom of my Inverter. Any help would be much appreciated!

I believe some models do not have the ethernet port and you have to use the modbus to gain access sadly. I had an inverter installed that looked similar but ended up getting it replaced

Yep I have the same inverter. There's no ethernet port, you'll need to use a RS485 adapter

Hello thanks for the information, thats annoying! Where does the RS485 adapter plug into to? I don't seem to be able to find any good guides.
