Unexpected inverter behaviour this morning
This morning (31st October 2023) between 0700 and 1110 GMT (=UTC) my H1 inverter stopped using the batteries to power my house. I had not scheduled this. According to data from the inverter no grid power was used during this time however data from my power supplier (Octopus Energy) shows I was drawing power from the grid. From about 1110 everything returned to normal with the inverter supplying my house from the batteries. Did anyone else experience this anomalous inverter behaviour.

Have a look in your error logs, it sounds as if the inverter shutdown for that period - high grid voltage ?
Thanks for the suggestions. I was rather hoping that someone else in the UK or even further afield might had had the same experience. My suspicion is that my inverter was put off line by some central maintenance action. I have reported the incident to FoxESS support.
I will look and see if there might have been some grid voltage anomaly but there is nothing in the error log.
