FoxESS Support (25/10/2023) advised that the latest firmware versions for my H1/AC1 (Model H1-3.7-E) inverter were:

- Manager: 1.70
- Master: 1.63
- Slave: 1.02

Requested they updated the software via a Ticket on the FoxESS Support website with "Fault Classification = none".

My inverter came with:
Master version 1.48
Slave version 1.02
Manager version 1.50

Hope this helps others.

Did you manage to have the Force Discharge Function on your system?
Mine is
Master: 1.63
Slave: 1.02
Manager: 1.68

but the Force Discharge template is not showing up.

Manager 1.68 provided schedules, but if you want force discharge you need Manager 1.70

raise a ticket or send an email to FoxESS support and ask for your inverter Manager to be upgraded to 1.70 (the rest of your module versions are upto date and correct)

Hi Dave, is there a repository webpage where we can check the firmware versions while been an end-user?
For example:

H1-3.7-E
Master: 1.63
Slave: 1.02
ARM: 1.70

ECS2900-2
BMS: 1.005

I believe that the ECS2900-2 is outdated, I have seen some posts around it. Is there a version control webpage where we can learn about the changes between the firmware?
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Lessa

Hi, unfortunately not (at the moment), we have asked Fox to allow users to request firmware updates when available but as yet there is no fixed date to provide that - for now just ask and someone with an agent account can look it up for you.

The latest versions for your H1 inverter are -
Master 1.65
ARM(Manager) 1.74

And for your batteries - ECS2900-2
BMS (Master) 1.014
Battery (Slave) 1.11

Either your installer can do it remotely, or if you email Fox service with your inverter serial number and ask for your inverter or battery firmware (or both) to be updated.

Thank you very much for checking this again Dave!

I will raise a support ticket.

Hopefully they will make a repository webpage with the changes soon, unfortunately my installer is not so proactive to routinately check their customer installed base and make the updates.

Thanks again :)
