I sucessfully could integrate the dongle to my network.
But now when i want to open the dongle in my browsers (Edge and Firefox) i only get a message about connecting.
Then nothing happens.
There is nothing to see by connecting to the dongle, it is only to send data to the Fox cloud, and for remote firmware updates.
Ok, but for the updates i must open the site.
And the sites never open, there is only the connecting bar and this never changes.

Do you have copies of the firmware files?
Not at the moment, but I couldn't do an update at all because I only see "connecting" and then nothing else happens on the website.
If you have local copies, you have to physically attach a USB key in the right place and then use the front panel to do the update. Otherwise it happens "over the air" via the Wifi dongle connection.
I'm happy to be corrected, but I've never seen or read of anyone being able to actually do anything by connecting to the web page like you are trying to do.
If you have an "Agent" account on the Foxcloud website you can do the firmware updates yourself. If not, you will need to ask your installer or Fox themselves to do it.
