I have been using the app fine until today my username and password are saved on my phone so login is normally straight forward however, when I try to log in now it says "Invalid username or password"
If I go forgot password - verify via email - nothing happens - no email is received (not in junk either)
If I try to verify via device - searches for device - device comes up - but states offline please reconnect.
can any one help?

I have had the same problem as Michelle but have still not been able to connect after several days.
I'm using a username to log in but just get invalid username and password. My password appears to have been overwritten by gobbledee-gook. No verification code received if i try and do a password reset.
You may have to reach out to support via email, see if they can reset your password, I don't think anyone has had their password reset when you click 'forgot password'
