My App is saying my battery is offline and I have no data indicating exports despite it being sunny, Is there a known issue with the app / servers today?
Looking at my battery there are no errors or alarms and everything is connected and appears to be running ok. Just seems to be soemthing not feeding through to the app or web page.
Came on here to see if anyone else had posted. I've got the same - batteries went offline/saying they went offline.
I restarted the whole system to see if that helped - it didn't.
Invertor not showing any errors. Just no battery activity.

It feels like the app as now going to the web page I get the 502 under maintenance page so looks like a fault in the matrix somewhere.
Luckily I am home today so could phsyically check everything is working in zombie mode !

Same issue for me. The site had been quite glitchy for the last 3 days - no data / won’t log in but now I’m also getting Battery Offline. Am not at home so I can’t check but everything else seems to be working as it should. Ticket raised with support.
Edit - just seen a maintenance ticker on the screen saying issues till 6pm today.

Hi, I've got the same issue with my battery showing offline in the FOX ESS app. I'm on the EON Next Optimise tariff which uses real-time data and this reporting an error because it's not receiving the data it reequires. If there issue persists I expect it will affect the income I receive for exporting electricity.
Sadly still off line this morning - but all working normally and overnight forced charge successful. There was app maintenance yesterday, holding out that the glitch will right itself
