Cant use app just say check Network network is fine tried my WiFi and Mobile data same errors

Fox cloud has been having issues. I have some access to mode scheduler now but the data isn't updating yet. Local access to our own equipment would be nice!

Would that account for this network unavailable message I keep seeing just after the app opens...

I'm seeing that too, but the app seems to be functioning properly now. Mode scheduler works and the data is back, both historical and current. Who knows! Perhaps an update to the app will remove that network message....

Hmmm.....is it just coincidental that today we also had a 7 hour power cut and was not able to access the inverter at all ....
SHOULD I be able to access such things as battery levels etc during a power cut......seems rather daft if not as that is when the info would be most needed......we have whole house backup and additionally the broadband router is on a no break UPS

Similar here during recent power cuts - at least until 7 hours after cut started when broadband in the whole area also failed (possibly because backup battery in local fibre cabinet ran down?).
But the system overall did work very well - even though I couldn't see it. No devices lost power long enough to reset clocks etc.

hmmm.... surely the ability to monitor the battery during a power cut is...erm...rather an important one
This morning I have minimal data again.....it shows some info on the dashboard but not in devices
the actual inverter display looks OK - the inverter display was taken a few minutes after the dashboard hence the difference
