Cannot say I understand what you are asking with your post.
The picture shows you have selected 'Self-use' mode which is the default out of the box work mode.
It tries to charge the battery to 100% before it exports surplus energy to the grid.
A good work mode if you want to reduce your grid dependence as much as possible.

i was just making sure my system is configured correctly bit at a time so i can understand it.
We believe the system is working well, but i think we have a problem with white goods in the kitchen, We went away for a week but still using 10kW a day.
All that was on is the fridge/freezer.tv on stand by and WIFI. I understand this is not a solar problem but just trying to get my facts right

Ok, then what you need are different pictures to show us what is happening.
FoxCloud2.0 App on your home screen you have 'Daily Production' / 'Daily Consumption' / 'Battery SOC'
Click on ANY of these 3 panels to get up stats.
Now on this 'Analysis' page, you will see it should be on the 'Day' tab, and below this there is a 'Date' choice.
Click on the left <- arrow to go back a few days in your history for when you was away.
Take a screenshot of a day you wish to show.
At the bottom of this screen there is page there is a 'Statistics' graph of energy (line chart)
On the right of this section there is a square icon, press this to make the graph 'full screen'
Check the date is correct (same as the one above) and take a screenshot of this.
These two pictures can show the details needed for now so that they can be checked over.

Good morning .
We had a brief power cut yesterday while we where out. Found out this morning.
My battery was completely empty [never happened before].
The system has been working up to now

Do you have the pictures for a full day when you was away?
You have an EP6 battery if not mistaken, which has around 5.18kWh it can supply to the home. So once the Sun sets, it has to run all night, given you said you was using around 11kWh a day whilst away, then odds are this was flat by morning. (Really need to see those images for when you was away)
Yes, there are updates every once in a while that change features/look of the software.

I don't have whatsapp, and recommend you don't post your mobile on public forums, you'll get spam messages/calls.
You should be able to pull up some information on the website, if you have not already done so.
You can use the < DATE > arrows on either side of the date to move back/forward. You should also be able to click on the date, and input also.
Pictures are attached the same way you added the Zip, take your time, you'll get them added.

In section 1 - This looks like normal house use, you can see Fridge Freezer cycling on/off
In section 2 - This is charging up the battery to 100%, you can see the purple load below the 0 line that looks like Fridge Freezer cycling, note above the line, the battery is no longer discharging as solar is covering the load.
In section 3 - The most interesting section, you can see the purple lines below the 0 line sharply increase once the battery reaches 100% SoC. What's more interesting is the load value increases during the day as the solar increases. Find out what is happening is what we need to find out now. It looks like excess solar is being diverted into a house load, like a water heater or something? You can see your load around the middle of the day, is close to 1000W.
In section 4 - Same as section 1, now that the solar has stopped
You may have to set your home up as you left it on holiday, wait for around midday on a sunny day. Open up the FoxCloud2.0 App and look at the house load, it should be close to 1000W. If you do see this kind of load during midday, you then need to carefully turn off circuits on your fuse board, one by one. Wait each time for the app to refresh (hopefully you have 5 second refresh rates) and then turn off next circuit. Repeat down your circuit board until you finally have the one that drops load down to 100W or less.
Once you get the correct circuit, you can then investigate what is plugged in/wired up to it.

thanks for the info, Its a bit to take in but i am sure i can sort it.
the only water heater we have is the kettle and electric shower.
boiler is off from the wall switch.
emersion is also off from the main switch.
I have just turned the fridge/freezer off for 30min to see if i can see any difference.
I will get someone to help with the circuits test.

It looks to me like load stays low while solar is charging battery (DC to DC I think, so not much for inverter to do) but rises up to about 20% of solar as soon as solar starts being exported to grid (DC to AC I think, so lots for the inverter to do).

It's definitely not your fridge freezer, that seems normal from your values. You are correct that there is DC->AC being converted for export, but the load of nearly 1000W is way too high for your inverter.
If you have 5 second refresh rate firmware on your inverter, then you will see on your FoxCloud2.0 App the (almost) live power readings. With that enabled, you can turn off circuits until you at least find one that is using the near 1000W at peak solar.
DIY stuff, just note if you turn off the circuit to your router, then you will loose ability to check. So try to power off lighting circuits/cooker etc first.

Same as mine, just remember if you go away on holiday (in Summer) make sure to set max SoC to 80%
If you are away in Winter, set max to 100%.
If you are away in Winter, set max to 100%.
