Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
No new updates on Will's firmware post and I'm not being offered anything in the App to upgrade to.
Out of interest, what are you being offered as an upgrade?

Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
The firmware update feature for the inverter seems to be turned off for my H1-6-G2 - no longer says "latest" or have a red dot indicating upgrade available next to version numbers... Still says "latest" next to the logger firmware.
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
I think this occurs when they "pull" a bad firmware release. It should come back once it is stable or they have a valid update.
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Hi, where will I see a Firmware Update being offered in the App Ver 2.2.19 ? My system is brand new but the firmware is all versions V 1.1X so old. My App is severely dumbed down as a result e.g. cannot set grid charging times, TOU is near useless etc. Thanks.
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Look under Device, Inverter then click on the serial number in the middle of the page.
If upgrades are being offered you should see that against the versions.

Firmware updates in a video from Will
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
My Model is H1-11.4-US installed 5 August 2026. Is this a Legacy H1 ? ( which will annoy me :).
If so, the Firmware is behind - Master 1.2 vice 1.7. Manager 1.17 vice 1.78, Slave 1.02/1.02.
Alas no response from Fox support or the Installer to push upgrades.
App is Ver 2.2.19 and shows neither "Latest" nor Upgrades. There is no mode scheduler and the Work Modes have no selectables other than on/off, the 4 price plans, and reserve %.

Have been sold an old lemon ?
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Not heard of it, but is it a PowerQ AIO (All-In-One) H1-11.4-US?
If so the firmware for it here

is given as 1.01

Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Maybe try the web interface - see if that gives you any more control?

Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Alas the web portal will not let me 'add' my plant. It says every SN is invalid.
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
I can't recall being asked to add a plant name. I think I just signed in with same username and password as app.
What plant name did your installer give - should be top left of app home page.

Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
That got me in!. The installer used a photo of my house, so easy to know. My dashboard says the system is working normally, however no devices can be added, or rather they are noted, the SNs are deemed invalid. Also no data/functionality. I clicked the "Associate Installer" button and forwarded the Link to my Installer and a another request to push all the needed firmware updates, as Fox has not yet responded/done them remotely.
Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Perhaps the devices are still registered to an installer account?
Anyway, good luck with getting your installer to resolve asap.

Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
Just one other thought - when you try to add (which I've never done, so this is just a guess) the SN it's looking for I would imagine might be the WiFi dongle/datalogger SN, since that's the place it can get data from?
If you click the three dots top right of app home page and choose Add Device, what do you see as currently installed?
I see the SN of my WiFi dongle and only that.

Re: New H1 G2 Firmware
The web portal accepts the 4 SNs ( found in the App under Devices) for Inverter, Battery, Hub and Dongle and displays images of these devices, but the SNs are "non addadble as they are invalid ". Maybe they aren't registered as "installed' yet with Fox ( if this is a requirement ) so Fox thinks these items are in a warehouse ? Yes, the Installer - still waiting for the firmware updates from them or Fox. Thanks again!
