Battery showing full charge state

Not sure if there has been some update in the software, but when I look at set up status the batteries are showing at 100% fully charged with power at 0kW and voltage at 159.4v.

It has been like this for around 2 weeks even on cloudy / rainy days when there has been no chance to charge any batteries.

Enable force charge is set as off, has anyone got any ideas?

Set up is as follows:

1 x H1-3.7-E
1 x FOX HV BMS - HV2600 Version D
3 x Fox ESS HV2600 2.6kWh (v1)

What is your work mode set to?
Do the batteries provide power to your house when the solar panels are not generating (enough) power?

The work mode is set to self use.

And yes the batteries do (or did) provide power to my house when the panels are not generating enough power.

Just seemed to go all weird with the recent app update.

So - the "flow" of data for the Fox system is that the inverter logs data over the internet to their servers. Then you can view that data either using the app, or by logging on to the website. However, unless you use the app or the website to change settings on the inverter (or do so manually by changing them on the front panel), the system shouldn't change how it operates (at least in theory! and in practice, this does seem to be the case...)

All that said - are you still seeing the batteries providing power? Have you made any changes to any of the MinSOC levels on the inverter?

I hadn't but just noticed when logged in these were blank. Have changed them to 10% and now seems to show status and flow from batteries.

It may be that the inverter was trying to maintain 100% SOC at all times, which could have caused the behaviousr you observed. Keep an eye on things and see how you go on.
