Fox Ess LV 5200 SOC % inbalance

Hi All
We are facing some challange
With SOC level on LV 5200 once in parallel
Two Batteries Master shows 5 lights and
Slave shows 3 lights and SOC remains 100 %
on inverter screen untill rebooting the batteries
another plant having also same case with three
batteries in parallel also discharging but keeping
Soc lights at 5 lights for the all three ans SOC 100 %
On Inverter untill rebooting the batteries
anyone has faced such issue ?
It looks like a firmware bug ?
