Master not matched error - firmware update offered in app

My H1-6.0-G2 is on Manager 1.69 and Master 1.51. This morning an update was offered in the app to 1.70 and 1.53 - however if you click update in the app it fails immediatly with "Master not matched". Is this an issue just with my set up or is it a problem with the update flow ?

Seems to be some firmwares are being pulled by Fox.


Not matched mentioned here for a KH firmware update, but the error is same (Master not matched)

I noticed this as well yesterday. I am also getting errors -1, -26 and -27 which started mid afternoon yesterday, but nothing seems to have tripped. Resetting hasn't fixed anything either. Waiting to see if whatever the issue is with the firmware is also causing the other issue.

I raised a ticket and they have updated it to the latest firmware and so far so good

I've been nervous to do that as I now notice that the firmware update has been pulled from the app (notification of installation error is still there). There have been some reports of the firmware causing issues . Glad it's working smoothly for you

My installer has said they need to send someone out for a nice fee. I may try raising a ticket first directly with foxess

So yesterday the app offered the update again and successfully updated. No issuesso far - same versions. Not been able to see if this fixes the forced discharge logic issue.

There was an issue where manager v1.70 required master v1.53, looks like the app was trying to update the manager s/w first.
