Battery Offline

Hi My battery went offline some weeks ago - it has been offline before but always when they said they were doing maintenance Now its offline and it wont come back I can see it broadcasting on my tablet but when i try and see the inverter through my router its not there

any suggestions please

You can try to power off and power back on your system.
