Hey everyone.
Just had my KH 10kw single phase inverter,(grid tied) 42k batt,with 13.2k array installation done and would like some input on what i plan to do and if any potential flaws in my thinking.
# pull the grid main fuse and ring my utility company to cancel my service.
# install appropriate earthing.
# disco the ac cable(load) coming from the meter/supply box and connect it to the eps/ups port on the inverter.
# connect my 9500w sine wave generator to the ac in port on the inverter.
# re configure settings on my inverter to generator input wattage, ups settings and set soc for battery.
I'm not interested in auto genset start or supplying house load with the generator, I just want it to charge the 42 kw battery bank on the very rare occasion it may be required.
