Hi,
For the last few days, my PVs have been reporting 828W constantly, even at night - it looks like it's been this way since 11am UTC on 28th Feb.
My battery power is also sitting at a constant -240W. Battery SoC is reporting as expected
Does anyone know if this is more likely to be a hardware issue, or a cloud issue?
I recently (today - well after this issue started) upgraded my system firmware from 4.12 to 4.14, but didn't see any change to the data coming out.
Thanks
You can look at your Inverter screen, and see if matches the 828W generation, and the SoC matches what you are seeing I presume via the App or Website data?
If the screen seems stuck on those values:
Your system needs a full shutdown, including battery until the Inverter screen is off.
Then powered back on again to check.
The other one to check is that the CT Clamp is reporting as enabled on your Inverter installer menu.

Thanks - I'll take a look and see, and if that's the case, give it a go.
What should I be turning off to do a full shutdown?
My inverter is a H1-5.0-e
I’ve got an isolation switch on the wall, which I think is for isolating the PV panels, and there’s a switch on the underside (left side) of the inverter. I’m not aware of any other switches, although I’ve not looked at the hardware much since it was installed.
Thanks
