Foxess import and export bill

Foxess import and export does not match the electricity provider's bill.
It's about a 50% difference. Why such a difference?

Foxess data:
Grid export 56.6Kw
Grid import 394.7Kw

Electricity provider data:
Grid export 132Kw
Grid import 837Kw

If I think out loud a little and add the data based on solar energy production, energy consumption, solar energy export and energy import from the electrical grid:

Foxcss
solar energy production 551kw
energy consumptio 850kw
solar energy export 56kw
energy import from grid 394kw
battery discharge 33kw


Bill from grid
energy consumptio 837kw
solar energy 132kw
-----------
energy consumptio 837kw vs my energy consumptio 850kw ???

Solar energy 551kw is not deducted.
What would be the problem?

Not exactly sure but it does look like you have concluded that the PV wasn't taken into account.

Is your energy supplier setup for Net Metering ? as with 3 phase you would be exporting equally across all 3 phases and could be taking power on a single phase.

Can you see in the latest Fox app what it says your monthly PV production, Load consumption, battery charge / discharge, grid import & export were (in the coloured boxes above the graph)
