Hello folks,
Has anyone sourced a connector for the EPS port from the UK, or Europe at a push? I remember it being discussed on a thread on the HA integration GitHub, vaconn in China was mentioned, but you couldn't seem to buy from them (there's no response from the URL today anyway).

They're not avilable for purchase sadly. I've spent months tracking them down and speaking with the manufacturer. Sadly they are only sold in bulk to inverter makers. If you're missing yours I would recommend you contact your installer to get a replacement and if they refuse request one from Fox support.

My installers lost my connector and I had to go through Fox to get one. Fox came through and were very helpful, unlike my installers...

Hello! Sorry for the rather long delay. I emailed Fox ESS in the UK (service.uk@fox-ess.com) and they posted me a connector out, for free. Very helpful of them
