FYI A number of people have reported that old / disabled schedules got activated & run after performing a firmware update. So as well as checking the CT setting, it's probably worth also checking the mode scheduler to confirm that it is in the expected state.
I've seen a number of reports of this also. so agree a one time manual check and reapply seems to solve it.

Fox upgraded a H1 G2 6k yesterday to 1.47
I’ve seen an issue last night where my battery EP11 heated force discharged as set in mode scheduler to 20%, this has been happening most days without issue on old fw 1.40, then the battery runs to SOC of 10%.
But last night as soon as battery hit FD setting of 20%, battery disabled and power was drawn form grid.
If I turned off FD setting battery immediately kicked in and supplied load, re-enabled FD setting and battery shut down and drew from grid.
Settings are identical to previous.
Anyone seen this and any ideas please
Thanks

What were your battery heating settings? You don't want "heat from grid" enabled during the force discharge period.
Strange they updated you to 1.47 as current is 1.51

Funny, since posting, I updated the ticket to say they had forgot to ug the Datalogger.
Within an hour they update the Datalogger and updated the inverter to 1.51 and the BMS to 1.011 without being asked to.
The update request was a week old, hence why I asked for 1.47
So will now wait and see what happens with latest firmware changes.
The heater is set 24/7 and min 9C max 15C and never caused any issues on earlier fw.
Not that it kicks in now the battery is insulated.
What’s the issue with heater enabled during FD ? Cant see any downsides myself other than it’s not going to heat during the FD period.

So exactly the same issue tonight. Battery FD to SOC20%, then stops supplying load and draws from grid.
As soon as I disable FD in mode scheduler, the battery starts supplying load again down to 10%SOC.
Have updated my support ticket with Fox to see if they have an opinion on why this has started happening after the fw upgrade.
