Limited battery info in app

I have a EP5 battery which has been installed for 18months and working faultlessly, however the app only shows limited information:

Firmware version 1.003

Any thoughts please?

I think you have half-answered your own question, your firmware is 1.003 and current is 1.011.
Contact your installer or email Fox Support directly (with your issue/request and serial number for Inverter given)

Will I notice any other significant changes with the updated firmware?

I suspect you won't get much in the way of obvious changes other than values might now be picked up in the app.
You might also wish to upgrade your actual Inverter at the same time.
