Thanks for letting me join. I am at my wits end we have solar PV a ASHP a Fox inverter EDDI and a few days ago had a FOXEP12 battery installed. It charged the first night using just the 2 settings but whenever I have tried to simulate the Octopus Cosy settings it doesn't do anything. The whole idea of getting the battery was to reduce my use of electricity from the grid charging during "cheap" periods and discharging at other times. Any simple instructions would be really appreciated.

Thanks for the video my installer has reset the charge/discharge times for me via the inverter but I noticed this morning that under Mode Scheduler the MAX AC power for forced charge is set to 0.0 do you if this is causing the problem . I am really getting dfed up with what should be simple turning out to be almost impossible to get to work.

I will second Dave's suggestion, if you can post up an image of your scheduler settings then you will get more help.
For bonus points, you can use your Fox Cloud 2.0 app to locate your firmware versions of your hardware, this could also determine advice given, and usually a good idea to update at some point too.
