Mode scheduler problems
Hi,

I recently posted about our battery not charging at specific times past midnight, that was resolved by Fox performing a firmware update. Has been working now for the week and charging between 2-5am.

This morning I noticed nothing charged, is this regular performance of the fox mode scheduler? It’s very disappointing, I wouldn’t have let the supplier install this system if I’d known it would be this flaky. We haven’t touched the app or system since the firmware update, is there anything that would suddenly cause it to stop working overnight again?

Do you only login with the one device, so no 2nd phone/tablet/cloud website being used?
Is the date/time on inverter screen correct during this trouble?
Does your manual scheduler show any changes, or is it correct when this happens?

Yes login on one device, we originally use the website on a computer to setup the schedule.

Time and date are correct, everything works and charges fine. Just failed to charge last night. My installer has logged a support ticket.

No errors on the battery or inverter log from last night either.

Can you post a photo of your schedule so we can confirm it's set correctly?

We just have the one charging period in use at the moment for cheap rate charge overnight. It has worked for a week since the firmware update. We haven’t changed any settings since, only viewed the data in the app.

I remember seeing your scheduler from previous thread, it all looked ok then, as it does now.

Hopefully the installer support ticket will show what is happening.
