Inverter not exporting on grid

Hi all,
i've recently installed a solar system with 9x solar panel, h1 fox inverter and 4.1kW fox batteries.
until december i was off grid but from december i'm on grid and the inverter should export on grid when battery is 100% soc.
I'm monitoring the system by the FoxCloud 2.0 App with customer user profile.
In the app i can see the battery soc 100% and the PV modulates depending on load, but never more than load and it never export on grid.

What i can check in the settings or what setting changes can me able to export on grid?

On the inverter you'll find the export control, make sure it's set to something like 7000 not 0 or export will be disabled.

You'll find this under Settings > 0000 > Ongrid > export control

Hi, I had the same problem and fixed it following your instructions Will. However, I am wondering why this happened. My system was installed a couple of weeks ago and it had been exporting with no issues. Then all of a sudden it stopped exporting and when I checked the export limit it was set to 1W, how would this have happened when I didn't touch that setting?

Sometimes it's a firmware update that knocks out the setting or an installer remotely makes a mistake when tuning the settings.
