Firstly hello everyone.
I have a situation. I had an installation done two months ago, and despite everything working well, I am very dissapointed in the quality of the actual installation they have done, especially the cable routing and cable management which in my opinion is a distaster (Happy to provide photos if people are curious).
They have promised to come back and rectify, but I am now waiting more than 7 weeks and they have still not got back to me. Strange as I have not paid their final installment so you would think they would react better but the last communication from me to them requesting a date for recification has gone unanswered.
I'm now at a stage where I am considering contacting a different company to correct the mess. My worry is that the original installer has access to my installation via their installer account. Is there a way I can get this removed and put with a different installer? Especailly if the original installer refuses to release it from their account?
