Re: Two inverter system incorrect readings
Sadly this is a limitation of the system. If you want better site reporting I would also install a ct clamp on the F series so it can monitor house loads. Thank you Will. I'll speak to the installer re CT clamp on F. It seems there are also questions over F series RS485 port so for now I live off ...

Re: Total output power from two inverters
Hi Serge My point about your 26/07 trace was that it fairly clearly shows several hours of output that's at or close to 8kW, with a peak of 10kW - which suggests there isn't a "hard" limit on the system output. That said, I do take your point about what you were seeing yesterday. Which inverter is ...

Re: Total output power from two inverters
Hi Calum I did consider drops in temperature of the panels after the cloudy spells as the reason for the output spikes. It's just those spikes don't last for more than a few seconds. With regard to the 26th of July graph, I'm less reliant on the data as the weather kept frequently changing and where ...

Re: Total output power from two inverters
Thank you for your patience and taking time to explain, Calum. Both inverters have 4 cables going into them. H1 (WNW array): H1 cables.jpg And its readings: H1 U1.jpg H1 U2.jpg F6000 (ESE array): F6 cables.jpg And its readings: F6 U1V.jpg F6 U1A.jpg F6 U2V.jpg F6 U2A.jpg Also my thinking that ...

Re: Total output power from two inverters
How are the panels distributed across the two strings? I'm wondering if each array is all on a single string for each inverter... Hi Calum, Thank you very much for your reply. This is where I'm not up too speed on a terminology yet. Do you mean PV1, PV2 etc? If so, this is how my installer said PV1 ...

Total output power from two inverters
Hi everyone, I'm not very technical and completely new to solar so this will likely sound as a stupid question. I have two 6kW inverters (H1-6 and F6000). The system went live mid July and with the weather we've had, I couldn't really see what two inverters could actually do just after midday when ...

Two inverter system incorrect readings
Hi all, I'm hoping that other users with multiple inverter systems can help. Our system was commissioned a few weeks back and consists of H1-6.0 and F6000 inverters. Initially the installer didn't connect datalogger for F6000 but instead connected it via CT2 on H1. This had enabled a basic ...

Hello from new PV+storage owner
Hi all! Our setup was commissioned last week: 32 x Canadian Solar CS6R-410MS (16 facing East and 16 facing West) Fox H1-6.0-E (West facing array) Fox F6000 (East facing array) 4 x Mira HV25 Zappi Eddi We were meant to have 2 x H1 inverters but was told by the installer, who were in turn told by Fox ...
