Thanks for that. I have emailed fox for an update but assume as it's weekend and one they are busy with server maintenance it will happen on a weekday. I have an ongoing battle with the installer as the board they set the batteries on is already deforming under the weight!

My inverter (AC1 5.0) is up in the loft and very difficult to get at thanks due to the installer. I cannot find any way to set the force charge or min SOC on grid from the AC1 menu. Any help appreciated.

Server has been only partially working all day. I can't set the force charge or min SOC just get "timeout" or similar. Any idea when it will be working?

Just installed "Energy Stats" but when I try to log in I get the same message as the Fox ESS app gives "41200 data query failed" . I am trying to log in using the username and password that I use for the Fox ESS app. Apparently the fox site is functioning? Thanks, any help appreciated.

Are you running a VPN? I have to turn my AVG Secure VPN off to get any access. With the VPN forced to stop the app works fine.
