In the Fox App you can link to Octopus using your API - which I know, and also a "business number". What is this?

For me I'll continue my 'enjoyment' seeing the charge times each day until "Foxess works with Octopus" becomes a reality. Until the summer that is when my solar will charge enough on its own.

I've been to in the loft so ok for tonight, also on Agile.

How have you automated? I know you can with HA but I can't be bothered to work out how to do it!

Just today can log in to app and web site but can't access battery settings. Is it me or just part of the 'improvements' Foxess are working on ...

Looks like I'll have to climb into my loft to set direct on the inverter tonight!

At least I can set charging times direct on the inverter, just not very convenient as it's in my loft. Hope it's just a fox maintenance issue, though if so why don't they post a notice.

Thanks. Nothing was changed. Anyway, now managed to connect and reset my wifi and password. Can log into the app, but won't connect to battery details now.

I've noticed there is an error logged of battery over voltage.

I'll check the bms connections, but it was all working last night when I set ...

Update, I managed to connect direct to the dongle to reset my wifi details etc, it failed and now while I can connect the 192.168.1.1 page doesn't open. The dongle is flashing fast now as well.

Do I need to replace it?

My system had been working fine for 4 months now, except today I can't log in and the dongle is flashing red. Have cycled power. Any suggestions please?

A couple of months ago I had 4 hv25 batteries plus invertor installed. I've just added another battery myself, and noticed the dip switch was set at 0. I've now changed it to 3 (the setting for 5 batteries).

I'm getting some anomalous behavior and wondering if the dip should be set back to 0?

Any CT well do? Where did you buy yours? Presume just add the wires into the connector.

I need advice with an associated question regarding the soc settings.

The first soc I think it's clear, whatever it's set to, say 10%, the battery won't discharge further than that.

But for the soc on gird. Is that the value the grid will charge to, or the max it will charge to? For example, if 10 ...

How can I best do this? Prefer not to go through HA. On the foxess cloud page there is an Octopus entry, is this what I need to use?

I'm also bristol area and the same problem. Just so tempted to install myself but would be great to hear from someone who has done the same.
