Call to help desk revealed a firmware update was required.

Resolved within 30 minutes.

Morning all, I have noticed this morning that even though my battery is at 94%, when I switch on an appliance it is drawing from the grid and not the battery. Tried putting multiple things on, kettle and electric heaters, but just draws from the grid? Did switch mains power on and off, and I could ...

Hi,

Please anyone please confirm what the settings should be on the Inverter for the EPS.

Should this socket be live when the system has grid power or is it only live when they grid goes down?
