Back up now without having to do anything. Perhaps WiFi connection was lost for some reason.

Battery suddenly offline.
My system is suddenly showing as offline. Before I go into the loft and check everything is there any maintenance work being done? Has anyone else got the same problem?App is not showing any data

We have the app “working” but the real time display is not - I suspect - showing the data correctly. Yesterday the house was apparently feeding electricity into the battery and this morning although electricity is going into the house the battery is still 100% full. I am considering uninstalling and...

My app is now working but according to the display the house is putting electricity into the battery. Is there a problem with the app?
