What happened to cause the problem ?,

There is an inline 80A protection fuse inside that can be replaced if it's blown otherwise I would suggest a call to Foxess UK to see what can be done 0161 907 4742


The installer wired them up incorrectly (I can only assume the installer was in a hurry ...

Battery Repair

Hi

Does anyone know if the HV2600 batteries can be repaired?
If yes does anyone know of or can recomend a repairer?

I have 3 faulty batteries due to an installer fault (so not covered by FOXESS warranty), and I am not getting a response from the installer.

I’m about to order another 2 HV2600 batteries and have been told by a supplier that there are no V1 left any longer so will receive V2. They also pointed out I’d need a BMS V2 to run them.

Alternative apps

I am looking to gain more information from the system but I have several issues:

1: I do not know the installers code, its not recorded in the fox cloud app. Neither do I know the password, but I could just reset that.

What is the impact of regestering on the cloud without the installers code?
