Hello David and Alan,
Anyway, I ordered the recommended RS485 to TCP converter from Waveshare.
Then we'll see. Dave, maybe I need your help with the configuration then!?

Re: The ethernet port no longer works from firmware version 1.50
Hello everyone, my inverter (H3-5.0) with master 1.69 slave 1.02 comm 1.59 works with modbus tcp. But I can't read registers. For requests with FC 02, 03 or 04 I always get the answer 0x 8x 02 (with x=2,3,4). This means "The data address specified in the request is not available". I've tried a wide ...

Re: Setting a static IP address on your inverter
@APfox: Thanks for your hints. I made progress with it. After I started "Activate" in the "DHCP" menu, the converter is actually displayed in the router. IP address is present in the converter and router. So far so good. However, the connection is shown as disabled in the router. Is only active for ...

Re: Setting a static IP address on your inverter

In the menue "Einstellungen/Settings" -> "Ethernet" there is only "->DHCP". (no "IP" or "Subnet mask"). Does someone knows why? Does ...

Re: Differences between user and installer access
I heart that only one installer is possible. Is that correct? Is there any problem when the existing installer delete his access and a new installer will connect himself to the WiFi module? I have the problem that the cloud always say the the WiFi S/N is not valid. Is an other installer connected to ...

Differences between user and installer access
Hello everyone,
are the differences in permissions between user and installer access described?
I haven't found much on the forums other than that the installer can load firmware.
Is there more?
