RCD for H1 G2

My (H1 G2 + EP11) installer has connected to an existing ac type rcd in the Consumer Unit, shared with household circuits. It's been tripping. There is a long armoured ac run from inverter to CU. Looking at regs and manual the options seem to be:
1.Dedicated A type rcd in CU
2. Dedicated RCBO in CU ...

Re: G100 State 3

Just an update: the Agent interface has a ClearEvents switch. This got rid of the G100 state 3 error and we are back up and running. I wish Fox would document this!

Re: G100 State 3

Thanks very much. My installer just did a full set of firmware updates and switch to the G99 settings with the 3680W export limit.

After a full reset we get the same G100 state 3 error. Is this a lockout that needs clearing by the Agent or by Fox? My installer also has an agent account but can't ...

Re: H1 G2 wired LAN setup

Thanks Dave
Network connection worked perfectly... I had a bad connection, now fixed. Operating from EndUser account only and hopefully will keep it this way.

Re: H1 G2 wired LAN setup

Thanks very much Dave

This is very much a joint effort with my installer who hasn't tackled a Fox system before (and it's his first solar system).

I thought that if I started under my account (EndUser) that we would not need an Installer account (and there's no agent). I was able to create a Plant ...

H1 G2 wired LAN setup

I have a new H1 G2 inverter "with LAN" and battery but they are in a location with no wifi. They are operating ok but I can't monitor them through the app. We have run cat6 ethernet to the datalogger, so everything is physically connected, but I can't actually find any instructions from Fox about ...
