Reassuring that others are getting this error too. I think it must be an issue at Fox's end, although their "Cloud Services Monitor" page isn't showing any issues.

I have no data at all showing on the app :(

Mine went offline around then too. Hadn't seen this post so submitted my own one describring the same problem.

Would be great if the service status page (https://monitor.foxesscommunity.com/status/foxess) was easier to find! A google search got me nowhere; only just seen the admin post above ...

Data Logger online but Battery & Inverter offline

I have a AC1-5.0-E-G2 inverter, 10kWh battery and data logger (dongle W6 version 1.04).

For the past 4 hours the FoxCloud2.0 app has been showing as "Offline OFF GRID" with all numbers showing as 0w. Both Inverter-1 and Battery-1 are showing as offline, but the dongle is showing as online. At ...
