Update: I signed out of the App and deleted it and handed control over to Fox to try and eliminate a suggestion that I was causing the issues (!)
However, it now looks like everything is operating as it should. This is great but it suggests that the issue is with the app rather than there being ...

Re: Forced charge function not working
Thanks Dave
We had a bit of to and fro with Fox today.
They tested the force charge function which was triggered from their end. Therefore, they asked us to let the system run with no changes.
It charged at 1pm (on top of the solar we had already received) so we will see what happens for the rest ...

Re: Forced charge function not working
No we don't use the integrated agile function as our 15kwh battery needs topping up during the day so we schedule charging at lower rates (see attached)

Re: Forced charge function not working
Hi I'm experiencing similar issues using the mode scheduler.
I was having daily error Codes (64) and Fax carried out a firmware update on my inverter.
We ran through my mode scheduler to make sure I wasn't doing something daft.
Min Soc 15%
Max soc 100%
FD SoC 25%
FD Pwr 0W

Re: Error code 64
the batteries received a full charge between 4-7am
I have set the cursor at just after 7am when the batteries were supposed to start discharging but you'll see that they didnt until much later.
I was about to confirm when the error code happened but there wasnt one today!
Ok, I'll try that again

Re: Error code 64
Hi Dave, thanks for the reply.
It looks like I actually have the AC3 10-E inverter connected to the panels and batteries.
We are south/south east facing hence the microinverters which were originally installed 18 months ago across all 3 phases.
We decided to retrofit an inverter/batteries late ...

Re: Error code 64
Hi
I'm looking for some help/guidance please.
I had my inverter/batteries installed on 7 Nov 24.
I've set up a number of forced charge/self use times using the mode scheduler to marry up with the Octopus Cosy tariff but have noticed some anomalies, for example, when it flips to self use, the ...
