MANAGED TO LOG ON NOW VIA LAPTOP.HOW WOULD I CHANGE MY BATTERIES TO TAEIN POWER FROM THE GRID AT NIGHT AS IM ON OCTUPUS FLUX AND I DONT THINK ITS SHOWING THAT I AM DOING THAT.

THANKS FOR THAT.TRYING TO REIGESTER THE INVERTER AND IT KEEPS SAYING INVALID SN CODE..PUNCHED IN THE SN CODE MARKED ON THE QR CODE ON THE SIDE OF THE INVERTETER

i cant seem to log on to the app.first time doing it . taken over a property with fox inverter etc .. when i log on is says ..CODE; 41030 , INVALID USER..any ideas

any one help
i keep getting on my inverter display..10 min volt fault...stays on there for about 10 mins then the display shows checking for a minute then shows normal in the display window ??
Your grid voltage is too high when you are exporting, the alarm limit can be adjusted - check this ...
